3 sessions in weeks 1 & 2, 4 sessions in weeks 3 & 4 — each clinically sequenced through induction, nervous system regulation, and identity reprogramming. 10–15 minutes each, with one 30-min deep regression session.
On non-hypnotherapy days, purposeful journaling prompts help you integrate the work you're doing — processing insights and embedding shifts into your daily reality, not just your headphones.
Miss a day? No problem. Each week has 5–6 days of activities so you can simply pick up where you left off. This program bends to your life — not the other way around.
